AWC – NON-PROFIT RECIPIENT OF THE SIGGIE AWARD.

Amani Women Center (AWC) was the Non-Profit recipient of the 2023 “Siggie” Awards. The Award is named in honor of Sig Mosley, who is known as the “godfather of investing” in Atlanta.

Hosted by TiE Atlanta, in partnership with Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and other partners, on November 1st at Emory’s Hatchery. Siggie Awards recognizes early-stage investors contributing to the growth of Metro Atlanta’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and high-impact nonprofit organization that is addressing critical issues in Atlanta, and doing so in a bold, innovative way that incorporates impact through businesses, and where a grant would be meaningful.
